8:00 PM – Discussion with Joel Bard, Kopelman & Page, Town Counsel: The Planning Board will discuss the zoning requirements associated with the Josiah Smith Tavern/ Old Library Project and the development of a draft zoning bylaw.

Improvements: The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on an application by the Town of Weston Department of Public Works to alter a stone wall adjacent to 387 Wellesley Street, within the public right of way of a designated Scenic Road. The request is part of the Wellesley Street/ South Avenue Intersection Improvement Project.

the plans for the Case Corner Roundabout.
